Design, Planning, and Permitting

ADU Gold has a team of third party Architects, Engineers and Designers for your project. Our network of professionals have experience working on hundreds of similar projects.

  • Complete Title 24, sanitation, and compliance requirements

Construction Advising and Referrals

Finding the right Builder for your project can be challenging. Our network of licensed contractors and manufacturers have experience with your project type. As your advocate, we will handle everything that arises during the course of your project.

  • Our 5% fee is negotiated with contractors in advance, so you won’t pay more.

  • We handle as much or as little as you want us to.
